How good is the quality?
Short answer: very good. Most people won't notice the difference without opening the watch. Different factories do some models better than others, and higher-priced models generally offer better overall quality. Ask us if you're unsure—we'll recommend the right one, not simply the most expensive.
What happens if there's a problem?
Every watch includes a 12-month warranty. If a covered fault develops, contact us and we'll arrange the appropriate repair or replacement. If the watch arrives damaged or incorrect, we also cover the return shipping.
How long will delivery take?
Usually around 14 business days from purchase. Order preparation takes 3–7 business days and is included in that estimate. You'll receive tracking as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Will I pay customs fees?
European orders are shipped DDP, so import duties and taxes are covered. Outside Europe, local customs charges may apply depending on your country.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. You pay return shipping when you've simply changed your mind; we pay when there's a confirmed problem with the watch. Returned items must be unworn and in perfect condition.
Can I get the watch wet?
Every watch is rated to at least 10 metres, but treat that as protection against rain, splashes or accidents—not an invitation to swim. The best way to look after any watch, rep or original, is to keep it out of the shower, pool and sea.
