Every order is tracked, protected and delivered straight to your door.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive in around 14 business days from the date of purchase.

This includes:

• Order preparation: 3–7 business days
• Shipping: The remaining transit time, depending on your location

We use the preparation time to inspect your watch, make sure everything works properly and pack it securely. We’d rather take a few extra days than send you something that isn’t right.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and occasional delays caused by customs or the carrier may happen.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive the tracking details by email.

Depending on the destination, we work with trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, USPS and their local delivery partners.

Duties and taxes

European Union

Orders to Europe are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). That means import duties and taxes are already covered, you won’t be asked to pay surprise fees when your watch arrives.

Rest of the world

Orders outside Europe may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs fees. These charges are set by your country and, when applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

If something goes wrong

With our Shipping Protection, your order is protected against loss or damage while in transit. If something happens before it reaches you, contact us with your order number and we’ll take care of it.
