Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Change-of-mind returns

You’re welcome to inspect the watch as you would in a store, but it must come back in perfect condition: unworn, undamaged and with all protective films, accessories and original packaging included.

If the watch shows signs of wear, damage or handling beyond what’s reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund or reject the return.

For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, return shipping is your responsibility.

Something wrong with the watch?

If your watch arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, that’s on us,not you.

Contact our support team with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll cover the return shipping and arrange a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Damage caused by wear, misuse, accidents or improper handling is not considered a product fault.

How to start a return

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once approved, send the watch back securely packaged using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and let you know when the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. After we process the refund, your bank or payment provider may take up to 15 days to show it in your account. Unfortunately, that part is out of our hands, but we won’t leave you guessing.

Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If your chosen replacement is unavailable, we’ll help you choose another watch or issue a refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
